our organically grown wines

As independent winemakers, we are well aware of the inestimable value of a land where, for generations, we have respected the cycle of the plant and followed it through every stage, from harvesting to bottling.

Our wines are born from a deep respect for nature, a bond that we celebrate every day with our Nero d’Avola, Nerello Cappuccio and white grape varieties, Inzolia and Catarratto. To produce them, we adopt organic farming practices, minimising invasive interventions and limiting the use of herbicides and chemical fertilisers. This conscious approach allows us to preserve the balance of the land and best express its authenticity in every glass.
