WINE TASTING
Tasting our wines is a sensory journey that celebrates the authentic flavours of our land. From Nero d’Avola, with its intense character and notes of red fruits and spices, to Nerello Cappuccio, elegant and smooth, with hints of cherry and black pepper. Among the white wines, Inzolia stands out for its freshness, with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, while Catarratto surprises with its minerality and delicate herbaceous nuances. Each glass tells a story of passion, territory and tradition, for an unforgettable experience.
MUSICAL VINEYARD

This awareness gave rise to the ‘Musical Vineyard’, a walk through the vineyards in close contact with the plants, which appear immobile but are sensitive to external stimuli, capable of changing with the wind, the arrival of heat or simply the touch of a hand.
A path that leads our steps, so human and earthly, to rediscover the roots we share with other beings on this earth.
The instrument detects the frequencies emitted by the plant, which vary according to the seasons, weather conditions and moments of stress. This data is collected to monitor its status and translated into sounds, making a natural symphony perceptible that reflects its vital balance.
