Our wines take on the character of those who work in the vineyard. There is the taste of the land of origin, warm and generous Sicily with a strong and contradictory character. From this land wines with great personalities are born.
We produce wines by practicing organic agriculture. Our task is to accompany the plant in its life cycle with a few invasive practices, not using herbicides and chemical fertilizers. We try to respect the terroir and its vocation, we love the Nero d’Avola of these places, warm, velvety and spicy, the Nerello Cappuccio, and the white grape varieties, Inzolia and Catarratto.
